209 Scholarship is dedicated to raising scholarship funds for Proviso District 209 high school graduates, and we are excited to announce that our flagship fundraiser, Great Chefs – Appetite for Knowledge, will be held Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 73 Union Hall in Hillside, IL. The event features delicious food from local Great Chefs, and attendees can participate in a wine pull and silent auction. We will have great live music and a chance to meet past and new scholarship recipients. Your support will help us keep awarding scholarships to Proviso East, Proviso West, and Proviso Math & Science Academy graduates. Our fundraising goal is $25,000, and we are confident we can achieve this goal with your presence.
